Spiders I often question if a spider realizes how close it just came to death. That its very existence lies in the palms of my hands and if I felt inclined to, I could end its trivial life just as abruptly as it began. How oblivious this insignificant spider is, aimlessly scattering about, constantly reminding me of its ignorance. If the spider died this exact moment, would it die with dignity and a sense of accomplishment, complacent of its life and the sporadic fate that’s bound to it?
